A medley of comforting and essential Andalusian appetizers, such as gazpacho or salmorejo… Colourful and vibrant salads that will conquer your palate and make your mouth water.
Iberian meat that is locally sourced with a designation of origin, so tender and juicy that they deserve their own bulería. Or two. Very fresh fish from the heart of our Mediterranean Sea and our Atlantic Ocean. Crispy vegetables arriving in procession to La Fragua with their colourful spreads. Hand in hand, juicy fruits with syrupy garnishes.
Black leg ham that will drive you mad. Castilian lamb that will make you open your mouth and close your eyes. Cod, hake, sea bass, and scallops enhanced with delicate and robust sauces that will make you want to applaud…
And desserts! Delicious torrijas—so humble and so ours that they are a venial sin. Sweet and tempting dishes made with chocolate and lemon that taste like childhood and blessed glory. Dollops of rice pudding that will explode your senses, reinterpreted custards with cinnamon and a skirt.
The final touch: the wines. Tasty, seductive, cheerful… Selected with discretion and care to accompany the culinary experience of La Fragua from beginning to end.
